About the role

Ben The Builder Inc is seeking an in-office drafting professional to convert site measurements and planner sketches into Chief Architect models and permit-ready plan sets for residential remodels and additions. This role operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with no overtime or weekend work. Strong knowledge of Chief Architect and related CAD software is essential. The candidate will work on 3D as-builts, correct perspectives, topography, framing plans, and electrical/lighting
