Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Dietary Aideto join our team. As aDietary Aide, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality of care and exceptional dining experiences for our residents. Dietary Aideis an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of seniors and their families.
Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and serving meals and snacks to residents in a pleasant and timely manner
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including equipment and storage areas
Assist with inventory management, ordering, and receiving of food and supplies
Monitor and maintain accurate records of food intake, menu planning, and nutritional requirements
Collaborate with the Dietary Manager to develop and implement meal plans and menus
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to resident rights and HIPAA regulations
Provide extraordinary customer service to residents, families, and visitors
