Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PMAddress: 524 Monmouth Road Clarksburg, NJ 08510WHAT YOU’LL DOAs a Shipper/Receiver, you’ll ensure all parts shipments coming in and going out of the dealership are handled accurately and efficiently. You will:➤ Unpack, inspect, and route incoming shipments; record shortages, reject damaged items, and coordinate with inventory control to resolve issues.➤ Compare shipment details against invoices, bills of lading, orders, or other records to ensure accuracy for both incoming and outgoing parts.➤ Determine if parts are for pickup at the parts counter, delivery to customers, or shop repair orders.➤ Stock parts accurately, maintain a clean and organized warehouse, and keep items easily accessible.➤ Conduct inventory counts with inventory control, including off-site consignment counts when needed.➤ Assist in identifying slow-moving inventory, suggest optimal stocking locations, and provide feedback on max inventory levels.➤ Work with inventory control on returns to OEM manufacturers, meeting shipment requirements and deadlines.➤ Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, hand trucks, etc.) and personal protective equipment; report any equipment needing repair.➤ Maintain inventory of shipping materials and warehouse supplies.
