It’s a major sustainability initiative with strong ROI and they’re ready to hire now. Base pay range$140,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr
What You’ll Do: Lead firmware and control systems development for hydrogen injection in combustion engines. Create real-time control algorithms in MATLAB/Simulink and generate C code. Integrate and configure ECUs, sensors, and actuators. Debug communication via CAN J1939, LIN, FlexRay, and Ethernet. Calibrate ECU parameters in real-time with tools like ETAS INCA or CANape. Collaborate closely with combustion engineers for seamless hardware-software integration.
Requirements: 5+ years incontrol systems development. 3+ years working withengines, fuel injection systems, or turbine systems. Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Control Systems Engineering. Experience with MATLAB/Simulink, Embedded Coder, ECUs, microcontrollers, and RTOS. Strong debugging, integration, and calibration skills. PreferredExperience withdiesel engines. Background in maritime orautomotive embedded systems. Knowledge ofhydrogen fuel systems or hybrid technology.
