About the role
HR Change Management Consultant Our client, a leading organization in the HR transformation and workforce development sector, is seeking a HR Change Management consultant to join their team. As a HR Change Management consultant, you will be part of the HR Transformation Department supporting enterprise-wide initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the: San Jose, CAPay Range: $100/hr-$110/hr Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm What's the Job? Lead end-to-end delivery of HR transformation initiatives, including skills architecture, job architecture, compensation, and HR technology workstreams. Develop and manage integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, budgets, and deliverables. Establish governance structures, executive reporting, and decision-making processes. Drive stakeholder accountability, resolve issues, and manage scope and change impacts. Lead change management planning and manager enablement efforts to support adoption of new frameworks, processes, and tools. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.8+ years of project or program management experience leading complex, enterprise-wide success managing large-scale compensation, job architecture, workforce planning, or HR transformation programs. Working knowledge of HR processes, systems, and stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and risk management skills. What's in it for me?
