About the Role: The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Healthy Living to provide strategic leadership in the development and execution of a comprehensive wellness strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of the Healthy Living service line, with a focus on enhancing the member experience, increasing participation and engagement, and ensuring the highest quality of programming. This role involves leading fitness innovation, identifying and implementing emerging trends, and leveraging data and technology to position the company as a leading community resource for health and well-being. The Executive Director will also be tasked with overseeing the financial performance of the wellness programs, establishing key performance indicators, and using data to guide decision-making and strategic planning. Applicants for the Executive Director position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 5 years of leadership experience in wellness, fitness, health, recreation, or a related area. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in team leadership, talent development, and the ability to manage budgets and achieve financial targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office and data technology platforms.
