Who We Are: Spend the summer season as a Server in a fine dining restaurant at one of Wyoming's most celebrated luxury ranches. You'll earn great experience, live in subsidized employee housing, eat three free meals a day, and spend your days off hiking, fishing, and exploring the wild beauty of the Rocky Mountain West. What You'll Do: Serve food and beverages to guests promptly, ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction Set up, complete side work, and perform closing duties as assigned Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant, removing debris before, during, and after shifts Be knowledgeable about the menu, daily specials, and preparation methods to answer guest inquiries Use suggestive selling techniques to enhance the dining experience and increase check averages Ensure food quality and presentation meet standards before delivering orders to guests Confirm guest satisfaction within the first few bites of their meal Present accurate guest checks free of errors in a timely manner Adhere to cash handling procedures and complete end-of-shift paperwork Transport supplies between ranch venues using ranch vehicles or rangers Engage in friendly conversation to build personal connections with guests Promote a safe, friendly work environment and foster teamwork
