The role requires a professional with strong business acumen, adept at developing go-to-market strategies, identifying and winning new business, and nurturing existing relationships. The Executive Director will also be the primary face of the organization for the A&D market, collaborating with the executive team, and must be a US citizen, with DoD clearance being a plus.
