About the role

AIRES Inc. seeks a Fractional Chief Technology Officer to provide senior technical leadership during the pre-build and early execution stage. This hands-on leadership role will pressure-test the architecture, identify risks, and guide decisions to ensure secure, scalable implementation. The CTO will work with the Founder/CEO as the company’s senior technical authority until a full-time leader is in place, focusing on strategic technology direction rather than a traditional co-founder role.
