What You'll Do: Make Every Day Count! As a PTA at PRO-PT, you'll play an important role in helping patients regain movement, build confidence, and get back to doing what they love. Make a Difference from Day One: Deliver hands-on, evidence-based treatment under thedirection of a Physical Therapist to help patients achieve their goals. Celebrate Every Milestone: Monitor patient progress, communicate updates to the supervising PT, and motivate patients throughout their recovery. Better Together: Collaborate with PTs and fellow team members to deliver the Second-to-None experience PRO-PT is known for. Create Lasting Connections: Build meaningful patient relationships while maintaining accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. What Makes You a Great Fit?

  • Graduate or upcoming graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Current or pending California Physical Therapist Assistant license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association, or ability to obtain before providing patient care
