About the role

Job Description: All American Rentals is a single location "Mom and Pop Shop" serving Apache Junction and East Valley for 20 years, renting construction equipment and tools! We are looking for a team player to join our crew! A self motivated individual to assist in servicing and assisting the head mechanic with repairing equipment from chain saws to excavators, as well as rental deliveries and parts running.

Tasks: *Effective communication with team members and management*Wash and service small engine equipment*Wash and service heavy equipment*Assist Head Mechanic with repairs, oil changes, etc.*Load and unload equipment for customers*Must be able to lift 50+ pounds*Maintaining a clean workspace*Maintain a safe workspace*Must be able to drive a truck and trailer to help with deliveries and parts runs (must pass driving test)*Assisting Head Mechanic in field repairs

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, this individual needs to be punctual, self motivated, have effective communication and the ability to make knowledgeable decisions, independently. Must be focused and have the ability to multitask. Also needs to have general computer, equipment and tool knowledge, with the ability to problem solve and pay attention to detail. Must be able to work outdoors! Knowledge of heavy equipment is a plus. Knowledge of small motors is a plus. Welding and cutting experience is a plus. Requires some Saturdays (shop closes at 10am Saturdays). Must have a valid drivers license, be over the age of 21 and be cleared to drive. Monthly Cell Phone Bonus available.
