About the role
The Safe Way Way At Safe Way Driving Centers, Houston's largest and fastest growing driving schools, we believe our employees are our most valued asset. Each and every one of our team members is responsible for delivering the highest quality customer service in support of the best driving instruction to all of our valued customers, teens and adults alike. If you are willing to make the Safe Way commitment to excellence and enjoy helping others reach their goals, then you are on the right track. Scheduling and supervising a staff of driving instructors is an important aspect of this job and during the summer there will be seasonal administrative help that will need to be managed as well. Candidates must be dependable, computer literate (Microsoft Office skills are a must - great if you can work with Adobe Acrobat as well), good with people and GREAT on the phone. You must be able to learn quickly (this is a very specialized business) and work efficiently and you must be readily available. Additional consideration will be given to those candidates that can demonstrate advanced writing/editing proficiency and computer skills. Don't wait! Apply today!
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
