StubHub in Atlanta, GA seeks a Contract Senior Paralegal to support litigation, corporate filings, and contract management within the NorAm Legal Department in a hybrid work arrangement. You bring 10+ years of paralegal experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with SharePoint and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Docusign CLM is a plus. Notary Public certification is preferred. You will coordinate with outside counsel and internal stakeholders to move matters forward
