Job Description:
Midwest Staffing is looking for a reliable and professional Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk for a company in Eden Prairie that manufactures and distributes printing products. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in an office environment and is comfortable interacting with customers, visitors, and employees.
Location: Eden Prairie, MN
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay: $19–$21/hour
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls Manage the front desk and provide general administrative support Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records Enter and update information in computer systems Assist with filing, organizing documents, and other office tasks Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal staff as needed
Qualifications:
Previous receptionist, administrative, or data entry experience preferred Strong computer and typing skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Professional communication and customer service skills Reliable attendance and ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PMAbility to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment
Pay:
$19–$21/hour, depending on experience, with the opportunity to become a permanent employee.
