Kirkland & Ellis is seeking a Director of Talent Systems in Chicago to lead the evolution of our HCM ecosystem and drive a major enterprise-wide transformation. You will partner across HR, IT, Finance and business leadership to deliver scalable, compliant solutions and an excellent employee experience throughout the talent lifecycle. The role requires 15+ years in HRIS/HR tech, hands-on leadership of HCM implementations (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM), and a proven ability to mentor
