The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading the agency's retail media practice, with a focus on SEM, SEO, and programmatic. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in digital media, particularly in the retail sector, and a proven track record of managing large-scale accounts and budgets. The SVP will be at the forefront of capability leadership, driving the evolution of the retail commerce media practice, and will also play a key role in client leadership, serving as the executive commerce media lead for a portfolio of key clients. Applicants must have at least 15 years of digital media experience, with a minimum of 10 years in retail media, and a deep understanding of the omni-channel marketing ecosystem. The role demands a self-directed problem solver with excellent communication skills, capable of building and nurturing client relationships, and leading complex projects and large teams. The ideal candidate will be a recognized leader in commerce media, with hands-on expertise across various retail search offerings, and a strong inner drive to bring this knowledge to a growing team. Responsibilities also include driving client retention and growth, leading strategic marketing efforts, and staying abreast of marketplace and industry changes to adjust marketing plans accordingly.
