About the role

We’re partnering with a growing technology consulting and implementation firm seeking an entrepreneurial Director of Business Development to build its Salesforce healthcare business across the Atlanta–Nashville corridor. This is a senior individual contributor role for a proven hunter and market builder who enjoys opening doors, developing executive relationships, and closing complex consulting engagements. You’ll work directly with executive and practice leadership to develop target accounts, generate pipeline, and win $250K–$1M+ Salesforce implementation, integration, and managed services engagements.
What You’ll Do: Build and execute a territory strategy across the Atlanta–Nashville healthcare market. Develop relationships with healthcare executives, multi-site providers, and private equity operating partners. Generate new business through prospecting, relationships, referrals, and Salesforce co-selling. Lead consultative discovery and develop executive-level business cases. Partner with Salesforce and delivery leadership on solution design, scope, and estimates. Own opportunities from qualification through proposal, negotiation, and close. Expand customer relationships and identify follow-on opportunities. Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting.
What We’re Looking For: Proven success selling healthcare consulting, implementation, integration, or managed services. Track record of personally originating and closing $250K+ services engagements. Experience building new markets, territories, or lines of business. Strong executive relationships within healthcare. Excellent consultative selling, business development, negotiation, and forecasting skills. Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes. Regular availability for in-person meetings across Atlanta and Nashville. Atlanta, GA or Nashville, TN | Full-time | $150,000–$175,000 base + $260,000–$325,000 OTEIf you’re a Salesforce services seller, healthcare consulting sales leader, client partner, or business development executive who wants to build a market rather than inherit one, we’d like to hear from you.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
