About the role
Provide day to day operational support to the Business Development team to ensure efficiency and productivity.Responsibilities include:Assist Business Development representatives with administrative tasks and coordination Support proposal preparation, bid documentation, and client presentation materials Coordinate scheduling, meeting logistics, and follow up communications Maintain and update sales collateral, presentations, and marketing materials Track sales activity and support reporting through CRM systems Assist with onboarding materials and tools for new sales team members Ensure BD team members have access to updated marketing materials, case studies, and branding assets The objective is to allow Business Development personnel to focus on relationship building and revenue generation , while administrative and coordination tasks are handled efficiently. CRM and Sales Operations Support Support the ongoing implementation and optimization of CRM systems used by the platform.Responsibilities include:Maintain data integrity within the CRM system (HubSpot and PSA integration) Assist with tracking sales activities, deal flow, and client engagement Support CRM adoption and activity logging by the BD team Generate and distribute sales reports and dashboards Assist leadership with tracking key sales KPIs and pipeline performance Identify data gaps or reporting issues and work with leadership to correct them This role will help ensure the platform maintains best in class sales visibility and reporting.
