Café Lift Haddonfield In 2003, Michael and Jeniphur Pasquarello opened Café Lift, housed in a historic, refurbished factory in Philadelphia's Callowhill neighborhood. In September of 2022, they brought Café Lift to downtown Haddonfield. Open 8am-3pm daily, Café Lift Haddonfield provides the same excellent and legendary brunch-focused food to South Jersey. The menu evolves seasonally, and all ingredients are sourced from responsible growers, and hyper-locally whenever possible. Café Lift proudly serves quality coffee drinks, expertly prepared with roasted beans created by the owner and a local roaster. With superb food, remarkable beverages, warm service, and an amazing location, Café Lift Haddonfield is sure to be a hit! We are currently looking to fill the following position: Barista $10 per hour plus tips Job Duties: Brewing coffee and tea daily throughout the shift. Operating our espresso machine and producing coffee drinks such as lattes, cappuccinos, and macchiatos in a timely manner. Serving guests at our 4-seat Counter. Preparing large batches of cold brew coffee, chai, and other beverages. Maintaining a clean and neat workspace. Rotating stock to ensure product freshness. Ownership of station. Communicating with fellow FOH staff, our kitchen team, management, and guests. Thorough closing responsibilities to ensure cleanliness.
Skills: Working knowledge of how Espresso machines operate. Ability to produce a large number of drinks in a timely manner. Knowledge about coffee, espresso, and tea. Friendly and kind to both guests and coworkers. Latte Art abilities are not required, but they're pretty rad! Please reply to this post with your resume and/or work history.
