This opportunity is suited to an experienced aviation quality professional looking to lead inspection activities, support audit readiness, and drive continuous improvement within a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership and guidance on FAA regulations, AS9100D compliance, airworthiness documentation, certification management, and parts traceability. Lead quality investigations involving non-conforming material, certification discrepancies, and inventory-related quality events. Support internal, customer, supplier, and regulatory audits while maintaining audit-ready documentation and processes. Develop and mentor inspection personnel through training, onboarding, qualification programmes, and technical coaching.
Experience Required:
4+ years' experience in aviation quality, technical records, stores inspection, aircraft components, MRO, or aircraft parts distribution. Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, AS9100D, airworthiness records, traceability requirements, and certification documentation. Experience with ERP systems, inventory management platforms, and quality management systems. Proven leadership, analytical, root cause investigation, and corrective action management skills.
