About the role
Internship Opportunity At Sunhat The collection and verification of evidence for compliance or sustainability requirements is a significant operational challenge for companies today. Proof management is often fragmented and manual. Sunhat closes this "Proof Gap". We are the Collaborative Proof Platform that transfers scattered data into a central, verified Proof Library. An internship with us is offered for 6 months, allowing you to experience the full responsibility build-up. You start with the onboarding into our platform and the standards our customers work with (e.g., GRI, CDP, Sedex, Eco Vadis), and take on practical tasks from the beginning in setting up customer instances. After the onboarding, your responsibility grows noticeably: You work independently on customer instances, contribute to gap analyses against international standards, and help translate complex regulations into understandable guidance for our customers.
Your Tasks:
Setting Up Customer Instances: You prepare customized customer instances in the Sunhat software, set them up, and ensure data completeness. Gap Analyses: You contribute to gap analyses against international sustainability standards (e.g., GRI, CDP, Sedex, Eco Vadis) and help identify reporting requirements. Guidance & Customer Communication: You support the creation of understandable guidance materials that make complex sustainability requirements accessible for our customers. Frameworks & Documentation: You analyze and structure frameworks for our internal database and maintain documentation for reporting requirements. Improving Processes: You question recurring, manual processes and bring your own proposals for templates and automation – also with the support of AI tools.
Your Profile:
Interest in Sustainability: You are interested in sustainability topics and are willing to work on standards like GRI, CDP, Sedex, or Eco Vadis – prior knowledge is not a must. Structured Work: You can compare information, recognize inconsistencies, and present results in a comprehensible manner. Openness to AI Tools: You are open to working with AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude and can quickly adapt to new software. You are comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets. Diligence: Even for repetitive tasks, you work meticulously.
Communication Skills:
You express yourself clearly in German (English is a plus) and are confident in taking on more responsibility step by step after the initial training.

Fair Pay:
