About the role

Watersedge seeks a Chapel Music Director (MD) to guide the Chapel service music, including selection, arrangement, and planning for a traditional/blended worship style across venues. The role involves directing choirs, bands, and ensembles, coordinating rehearsals, and collaborating with pastors, technicians, and staff to ensure excellent worship experiences. A Bachelor’s in music and worship leadership experience are required for this part-time position.
