Key Responsibilities: Schedule, coordinate, and represent Culligan at HOA meetings, home shows, festivals, community events, and other local outreach opportunities. Deliver concise, engaging educational presentations that help homeowners understand water quality concerns and the value of Culligan solutions. Proactively engage homeowners through one-on-one conversations, share the Culligan story, answer basic questions, and promote free water testing opportunities. Generate qualified, high-intent appointments for the sales team by identifying homeowner needs and capturing accurate lead information. Build and maintain relationships with HOA board members, property managers, community leaders, and event organizers to create repeat engagement opportunities. Represent Culligan with professionalism, credibility, and enthusiasm at all community events, presentations, and customer interactions. Maintain consistent outreach activity, event coverage, and follow-up across assigned markets to support lead generation and brand visibility goals. Track event activity, homeowner engagement, appointment generation, and lead quality to help evaluate event effectiveness and future opportunities.
Qualifications: High school diploma/GED required; bachelor's degree preferred. A valid driver's license and your own transportation. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage individuals and groups confidently. Highly organized and able to manage multiple events, schedules, follow-up activities, and market priorities. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends, based on event needs.
Compensation: Hourly wage with a standard 40-hour work week. Benefits included, subject to company eligibility requirements. Performance bonus opportunities are available based on appointment quality, event activity, and lead generation results.
Equal Opportunity Employer: This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws. For further information, please review the Know Your Rights notice from the Department of Labor.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
