About the role

Chesterfield County Sheriff's Office in Virginia is seeking a part-time administrative assistant for a secured jail facility. This daytime role (28 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) receives and forwards telephone calls, maintains inmate accounts, sorts and distributes paperwork, disseminates reports, and supports Jail Administration and Classification. A high school diploma or GED, plus two years of secretarial experience, and a clean driving record are required; CJIS background
