About the role

Basis is seeking a versatile Video Producer/Editor to own video end-to-end—from pre-production to final cut. You’ll shape studio content, podcasts, testimonials, conference footage, and product launches in our Flatiron office and on-location. You’ll lead on-set direction, lighting, audio, and multi-camera shoots, manage agency and freelancer partners, and direct editors to deliver consistent quality. You’ll also build a scalable playbook that expands our video output.
