About the role

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking a Principal Legal Counsel to lead global client contracting, including complex leases and service agreements. You will draft, review, and negotiate across regions, manage risk, and advise senior leadership on key commercial issues. Ideal candidates have a JD, California or US bar eligibility, and at least eight years in corporate law with data-center sector experience. This is a remote role supporting global operations with occasional travel.
