Well, we have the job for you. As a Wireless Operations Assistant, you'll get to learn our communication technology, operations and sales process inside and out.
Job Description: Assists in-store sales team by making outbound customer service phone calls, assisting customers with customer service needs, merchandising sales floors, organizing stock rooms, greeting customers, transferring customer's data to their new device, selling accessories and completing all other daily needs of a retail store location. Handle service inquiries from customers. Provides efficient, courteous customer service and assistance in all aspects of product offerings and services.
Job Requirements: Staying up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, etc. Multi-tasking in a fast paced team environment Providing a welcoming and friendly environment for our customers Working a variety of hours including weekends, evenings and holidays involving occasional overtime Desired Qualifications: A great attitude.
Compensation: $15.00 per hour This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchise.
