About the role

AAA Dayton is seeking an experienced Fleet Supervisor for 1st Shift to manage day-to-day operations with the Fleet Manager and Supervisors, and work with drivers to cover members efficiently. The role emphasizes team collaboration, coaching, and delivering exceptional member service. Qualifications include an Associate degree or equivalent, 5+ years in automotive/dispatch or customer service roles, and 1+ year of leadership experience, plus valid driver's license and IITR certification.
