About the role
Leading multiple business projects, the full-time Business Enhancement Manager will develop and apply project management methods to improve execution consistency, integrate workstreams, and align resources for timely deliverables in a remote setting.
Key responsibilitiesManage concurrent initiatives by maintaining workplans, milestones, and governance routines
Present executive-ready status reports highlighting progress, risks, and budget insights
Identify efficiency opportunities and implement improvements to reduce delivery costs and cycle timesRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, operations, or a related field required
8+ years of experience in change management, process improvement, or project management required
Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile methodology, or equivalent preferred
Experience with SDLC concepts and regulatory compliance testing concepts
Ability to work effectively across IT and business teams to drive change outcomes
