Starting Pay: $21.75 $27.25 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities: Safely transport students and passengers on assigned routes Monitor bus stops and ensure safe boarding and unloading Maintain a safe, orderly, and respectful environment Communicate professionally with students, parents, school staff, and the public Represent Iowa Central positively within the community Follow all safety procedures, regulations, and company policies
Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older Valid drivers license for at least 3 years Ability to pass background check, MVR check, drug screen, and physical Strong verbal communication skills Commitment to safety and reliability Required Preferred Job Industries
