About the role
We are looking for a Full Time Sales Coordinator who is passionate about informing and helping people navigate their options when dealing with behavioral health challenges. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective, current, and referring clients as they seek information, help, and guidance on choosing their best paths for recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate and informative service and support to every incoming call/visit Manage and plan for program capacity, census, and goals Coordinate scheduling of appointments, visits, and treatments Detailed documentation of initial and ongoing interactions Intuitively handling sensitive conversations and provide personalized communication Handle high-volume call center setting while maintaining empathy and patience Qualifications:2+ years of experience in behavioral health, healthcare sales, admissions, or a similar client-facing role Strong ability to remain sensitive, informative, and goal-driven Healthcare scheduling, insurance verification or admissions experience is a plus
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Tuesday–Saturday
