About the role

The Summit at Snoqualmie is seeking a friendly Guest Services Ambassador to support base area operations and elevate the guest experience. You will interact with guests in person, provide information, address inquiries and resolve issues across multiple base areas. Responsibilities include greeting guests, reporting safety and cleanliness issues, and assisting guests with tickets, rentals, and app navigation. Weekend/evening/holiday availability is required, and technology fluency is a plus.
