Job description: We are a roofing company looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Manager for Residential Roofing to oversee and manage roofing projects from start to finish. The idealcandidate will be responsible for ensuring timely project completion, maintaining qualitystandards, managing customer relationships, and coordinating all project-related activities. This job is labor intensive and will require you to work outside.
Responsibilities: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of roofing projects. Coordinate with roofing crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure materials andlabor are on-site as needed. Maintain clear communication with homeowners, builders, GCs, addressing anyquestions or concerns throughout the project. Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure they are met. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and company policies. Conduct site inspections and ensure the quality of work meets company and industrystandards. Provide regular project updates to clients and company leadership. Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project.
Qualifications: Previous experience in roofing or construction project management. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of roofing materials, installation processes, and safety protocols. Valid driver’s license
