About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Slot Technician to join our team. As a Slot Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our slot machines and gaming equipment. Your main goal will be to minimize downtime and maximize customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our gaming staff to diagnose and repair any technical issues that may arise. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed on our equipment.
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in slot machine maintenance and repair Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Excellent problem-solving skills Must be able to obtain a Gaming License
Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree in Electronics or related field Experience with a variety of gaming equipment and systems Certification in slot machine maintenance and repair
Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance on slot machines and gaming equipment Diagnose and repair technical issues with slot machines and gaming equipment Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed on equipment Collaborate with gaming staff to ensure smooth operation of equipment Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in gaming technology
Skills: As a Slot Technician, you will utilize your strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems to diagnose and repair technical issues with slot machines and gaming equipment. You will also use your excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise. In addition, you will collaborate with our gaming staff to ensure the smooth operation of our equipment. Your ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics will be essential in performing routine maintenance on our equipment. Finally, you will stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in gaming technology to ensure that our equipment is always operating at peak performance.
