Company Description: C&C Trading, LLC is a quantitative trading firm specializing in providing liquidity to the ETF marketplace. Operating as a broker-dealer and member of major U.S. equities and futures exchanges, the firm trades equities, bonds, currencies, and futures globally. As a principal trading firm, C&C Trading uses its own capital, has no external clients, and does not offer investment advisory services.
Role Description: The Trading Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Greenwich, CT, supporting the firm’s ETF and multi-asset trading activities throughout the trading day. The Trading Assistant will collaborate closely with traders and technology team to resolve issues, streamline workflows, and contribute to continuous improvement of trading processes.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Strong Analytical Skills and foundational knowledge of Trading and market microstructure. Solid understanding of Finance, including basic derivatives, ETFs, and fixed income concepts. Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. High proficiency in python and excel. Strong Interest in quantitative trading and open to working non-standard hours. No phone calls please.
