About the role
Data Entry Clerk Location:
Dallas – Love Field Area Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. with a one-hour lunch Work Environment: On-site We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join a busy Dallas office. This position is heavily focused on processing reports and entering information accurately throughout the day, so strong typing skills and accuracy are a must. The majority of the work involves standard typing and data entry, although some reports contain a significant amount of numerical information.
Responsibilities:
Process and enter reports accurately and efficiently Perform high-volume data entry throughout the day Enter both written and numerical information into internal systems Review work for accuracy and completeness Handle monthly invoicing Email completed reports and other information to clients Maintain organized and accurate records Provide backup phone coverage as needed Assist with general office responsibilities as needed Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Minimum 2 years of data entry or related office experience Strong typing skills with excellent speed and accuracy Strong computer skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Comfortable entering both text and numerical data Strong attention to detail Ability to stay focused while performing repetitive, detail-oriented work Dependable, organized, and able to meet deadlines Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate enjoys detail-oriented work, is comfortable spending most of the day working on a computer, and takes pride in producing accurate work.
