Job Overview: The Principal Implementation Manager, Connectivity (PCM) is able to demonstrate mastery of Solutions connectivity Implementation to ensure effective customer and account onboarding. Mentors of Implementation Manager, Connectivity & Sr Implementation Manager, Connectivity on Solutions connectivity implementation. They supply peer and cross functional instruction on systems and ordering tools and Supplies knowledge / feedback on ordering processes for improvement, development of enhancements Business Validation Testing. They serve as Strategic Initiative CSI Lead for programs like Private APN, Ready to Deploy, Super Broadband and Edge Control. Finally, PCM's should possess Team Leadership experience, in being able to step in for the team's Sr. Manager in their absence.
Job Responsibilities: Customer Support: Conducts white-glove technical on-boarding sessions with customers; Assists or facilitates Connectivity Consultation in collaboration with T-Mobile Fix Teams; Serves as CSI Lead for Control Center accounts/customers and responds to requests (ex. SIM Fulfillment, Billing); Supplies complex customer business and technical requirements; Recommends solutions and develops custom implementation plans Assists with Platform Demo sessions with sales teams and customers; Engages with Sales team on highly complex opportunities Supplies improvement recommendation on ordering processes; Maintains Subject Matter Expert-level knowledge on all products supported Participates in team Circle Ups, Deep Dives and trainings; Serves as IoT Sector Lead; Partners closely with Product and Engineering teams on development initiatives; Drives requirements and customer/vendor feedback for enhancements Project Management; Provides mentoring of Spec, Assoc, and IE positions; Develops training Education and Work Experience Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required) Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field (Preferred)7-10 years Telecommunications, Project Management, Corporate/Customer Facing Presentations, Systems/Platforms Logistics (Preferred) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities5G Wireless Networks (Required) Customer Satisfaction (Required) Implementation Management (Required) Internet of Things (IoT) (Required) IoT Core (Required) Network Connectivity (Required) Peer Development (Required) Product Demonstrations (Required) Product Knowledge (Required) Technical Presentations (Required)

Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results. The base pay range reflects the compensation component of this opportunity.
