About the role
To support the Brand team's operational framework, the full-time Manager, Brand Operations will design and implement processes, governance models, and workflows while managing project intake and execution in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Design, implement, and continuously improve the Brand team's operational framework and workflows
Lead project intake, prioritization, planning, and execution across Brand initiatives
Partner with cross-functional teams to provide visibility into priorities, timelines, and resources
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
6+ years of experience in creative operations, brand operations, or project management
Experience building scalable operational processes and workflows
Strong understanding of creative development processes
Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or similar
