We pride ourselves on creating a positive and supportive environment, and we are seeking a customer-focused Receptionist to join us on a full-time basis.Starting in June, this role serves as the face and voice of our campus. As the first point of contact, you will welcome visitors, support daily administrative operations, and help maintain an inviting environment for our entire campus community.Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Management: Greet visitors warmly, assist with their requests, and ensure the lobby and reception area are organized, professional, and presentable.Call Handling: Answer incoming telephone calls, determine appropriate routing, transfer calls efficiently, and take accurate messages.Mail Operations: Sort and distribute all incoming mail and packages; prepare outgoing mail.Administrative & Student Support: Assist with typing, data entry, document copying, and filing; handle the sending and receiving of student transcripts for academic files.Campus Events: Partner with the Office Manager to support major campus events, including New Student Orientation, student appreciation days, and graduation ceremonies.Minimum QualificationsExperience: Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or front desk customer service representative.Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and a minimum typing speed of 45 wpm.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.Education & Equivalent: High school diploma/GED or any equivalent combination of training, education, and practical experience that meets position standards.Compensation & Full Employee-Owner BenefitsHiring Range: $17.58 to $21.10 per hour.Ownership: Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)—become a stakeholder in our 100% employee-owned company.Retirement: 401(k) Plan with employer matching contributions.Health & Wellness: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage plans, plus an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Health & Wellness Program.Financial Protection: Short-Term & Long-Term Disability and Basic Life Insurance.Time Off & Support: California Paid Safe and Sick Time, Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off (PTO), and Tuition Reimbursement.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
