About the role

Our growing manufacturing client based in Passaic County, NJ is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician Inspector to support product quality, inspection activities, and compliance efforts. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and have a passion for quality and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities: Perform product acceptance testing and in-process inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications Collect, record, and maintain accurate quality data, test results, and inspection reports Update and manage quality documentation, records, and databases Identify and communicate non-conforming results to production and leadership teams Support document control activities and retention sample management Monitor manufacturing processes to verify adherence to established procedures and requirements Assist with root cause investigations and corrective actions related to quality issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and maintain product compliance
Requirements: Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Inspection, or related manufacturing experience preferred Availability to train on 1st shift before moving to 2nd shift Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Basic math and measurement skills Flexible to work various shifts as needed Bilingual Spanish/English skills are a plus Familiarity with quality systems and standards such as ISO 9001 preferred Benefit offerings PTO/Holiday pay, Medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, long-term disability, employee assistance program, and a 401k plan.
