About the role

Westlake Flooring is seeking a Regional Manager for Automotive Floorplan Services in the Great Lakes Region, based in Columbus, OH. You will lead a sales team of 10–25 reps, grow market share, and strengthen dealer loyalty. You’ll recruit, coach, and develop Area Managers, present products, set targets, manage client relationships, and drive marketing activities; travel across the territory up to 75% of the time.
