About the role
City of Hope Chicago(Zion, IL), as part of our expanding focus on Hematologic Malignancies and support of the Stem Cell Transplant Program, is seeking aHematopathologist/Surgical Pathologistwho is highly qualified and Board-Certified to meet the growing needs of our expanding Department of Pathology. Position Highlights: Clinical responsibilities include diagnostic services to support the clinical care of patients with hematological malignancies and general surgical pathology and clinical interpretations. Join a team of 3 Pathologists plus a multidisciplinary team of physicians and scientists. The Zion site is home to an established adult hematologic malignancy and stem cell transplant practice with state-of-the-art technology and an experienced team. It is accredited by the Foundation for the Accreditation of Cellular Therapy (FACT), is a member of the National Marrow Donor Program (NMDP).City of Hope faculty appointment
Competitive Compensation:

Qualifications:
Applicants must have an MD or equivalent medical degree and possess or be eligible for an unrestricted Illinois medical license. Board Certification in Anatomic/Clinical Pathology and Hematopathology is required. Ideal candidates will have at least three years of experience in Hematopathology and Surgical Pathology. Zion, IL:60-minute drive to downtown Chicago.
