Requirements
The Requirements: Great Attitude with a Dedication to Quality Work Customer Service Oriented Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels Adaptable, flexible, and innovative team player Strong Troubleshooting and Critical Thinking SkillsEPA Certification Valid Drivers License 3+ Years of HVAC experience, preferably in the residential market High Energy Efficiency System knowledge, including Variable Speed and Inverter Systems
