Role Description:
The Travel Specialist is a contract role responsible for designing and managing customized travel experiences for clients. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients to understand their preferences and budgets, researching destinations and vendor options, and creating tailored itineraries for cruises, exotic trips, and luxury all-inclusive vacations. The role also involves coordinating all travel arrangements such as flights, accommodations, transfers, and activities, while ensuring accuracy in bookings and documentation. The Travel Specialist will provide ongoing customer support before, during, and after trips, resolve issues that may arise, and maintain clear, professional communication across email, phone, and messaging platforms. This remote position offers flexibility and requires independent work and proactive follow-up.
