A leading financial technology software company is expanding its AI quality team and needs a detail-driven analyst. You'll review AI-generated conversations (chat bot) and financial guidance to make sure what customers see is accurate, compliant, and genuinely helpful.
Requirements:
1-3 years of professional experience (internships count) ideally in customer service, customer experience, banking operations, lending, technical support, or quality assurance. Genuine interest in personal finance, credit, and banking Strong eye for detail, with a knack for spotting errors and inconsistencies Comfortable navigating CRMs, customer data platforms, and ticketing-style QA tools Confident in Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and working with CSV files Able to dig through large volumes of data, such as credit reports and transaction histories, to verify accuracy Customer-first mindset with clear written communication Interest in AI and how it's used in customer-facing products
