You will serve as liaison between the global/regional leadership team and the global business operations team.You will engage with team leaders in different regiona and cross functional stakeholders, regarding global agency team OKR, planning, projects and meetings- Establish and manage global key forums, including routine Business Review Sessions, XFN alignment, OKR planning offsites, ad-hoc leadership meetings etc. Build and optimize discussion framework&template to drive effective discussion and execution.Proactively identify issues, areas of enhancements which provide value added insights and lead/implement strategic initiatives.- Support and represent the global head in cross-functional engagement by creating reports, organizing information, taking memos in critical meetings, updating and creating spreadsheets and communications decks.- Manage team calendar, budget and travel arrangements, providing admin support for global head.Assist and support critical projects from leadership team to implement effectively and efficiently.- Work as culture ambassador for Global Agency Head to boost healthy culture cultivating and energize with team to implement initiatives.- Anticipate needs, provide high-level executive administrative support and project management tasksMinimum Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in project/program management, strategy, operations or related field- Strong understanding of project portfolio management, resource allocation, risk management, and project prioritization in alignment with organizational strategies- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively present findings and recommendations to stakeholders across different cultures and regions- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership- Global travel is requiredPreferred Qualifications- Proven experience in designing projects from the ground up and bringing them to completion is a big plus- Ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects spanning across different regions or countries, preferably in a global or multinational environment- Expertise in project management methodologies and tools- Strong entrepreneurial spirit that can develop and lead a new initiative from the ground up- Ability to thrive in ambiguity- Experience in digital ad productsReq ID: A06342
