Location: Forest City, NC
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: First shift, Monday–Friday
Position Type: Full-time, temp-to-hire
About the Job: Personnel Services Unlimited (PSU) is hiring a Spray Paint Technician for a manufacturing position in Forest City. You’ll help prepare and paint metal parts, check finished work, and keep the work area safe and clean.
What You’ll Do: Help set up the paint line for new jobs and start production. Turn on drying ovens and check line speed as needed. Check painted parts for quality and help with hand spraying. Fill in for the lead technician when needed. Wear required protective equipment and keep the work area clean.
What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED and basic manufacturing experience. Hand-spray painting or spray booth setup experience preferred; knowledge of powder coating is a plus Attention to detail and the ability to work well with a team. Ability to stand and walk for much of the shift and lift up to 35 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
