About the role

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Data Architect to design, build, and maintain our data infrastructure powering enterprise analytics. You will own data pipelines and the data warehouse, ensuring clean, timely data from source systems to downstream consumers in a scalable, reliable way. You will partner with Technology, vendors, and the BI & Data Analytics team to evolve our data architecture in line with strategic goals, focusing on security, governance, and performance at scale.
