About the role

City Rescue Mission seeks a Guest Advisor - Men's Ministry (Front Desk) to lead front desk operations and coordinate administrative tasks for the Men's Ministry. You will supervise volunteers, train staff, conduct guest intakes, and ensure policy compliance with a Christ-centered approach. You will manage guest records, donations, and data entry while engaging with guests and donors in a respectful, welcoming manner and supporting shelter and recovery program referrals as needed.
