About the role

Hightouch is seeking a hands-on leader to head a team of Strategy Consultants that bridges Hightouch with Fortune 500 customers. You will recruit, develop, and scale a world-class team overseeing onboarding, customer success, and expansion across our agentic CDP platform. Responsibilities include maintaining technical excellence, driving adoption in large accounts, and collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering to steer the roadmap.
